Health & Hygiene (स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता)
Good health and proper hygiene are the foundation of a happy, productive, and empowered life. However, many women, especially in rural communities, continue to face challenges due to limited awareness of personal hygiene, menstrual health, nutrition, sanitation, and preventive healthcare. These issues not only affect their physical well-being but also influence their confidence, education, livelihood, and overall quality of life.
The Health & Hygiene Program by Anupama Foundation is designed to educate women about essential health practices, personal hygiene, balanced nutrition, menstrual hygiene management, disease prevention, and overall wellness. The program encourages women to adopt healthy habits that improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being while promoting healthier families and communities.
We believe that an informed woman creates a healthier family and a stronger society. By promoting awareness and healthy practices, this program empowers women to make informed health decisions, improve their quality of life, and become ambassadors of health and hygiene within their communities.
